Custom Order Cancellations

Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. These items are manufactured specifically for your order and production begins immediately.

If you are unsure whether your order is custom-made, please contact us before purchasing.

All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed, but customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

Not all products are eligible for return once they have shipped. Because we source products directly from manufacturers, return eligibility depends on the specific manufacturer’s policies. If a manufacturer does not allow returns, we cannot offer one.

If you would like to verify the return eligibility of a specific product or brand, please contact us before purchasing.

Return Costs & Restocking Fees

  • A 25 percent restocking fee plus return shipping costs apply to outright returns.
  • If you are exchanging a product, we may be able to cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. However, some manufacturers may have different return policies. The return policy listed on the product page takes precedence over this general 30-day policy.

Shipping Times

We strive to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers. Shipping estimates may change without notice due to supply chain issues, raw material shortages, labor disruptions, and high shipping demand.

Important Information Before Purchasing

By placing an order with Recycle Supplies Direct, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You must inspect your package upon delivery and take photos of any damages. Report them to support@recyclesuppliesdirect.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and additional shipping charges for exchanges.
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
  • If your order has already shipped, you are not eligible for a full refund and will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
  • Shipping estimates provided on product pages are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
  • You may not cancel an order or file a chargeback due to unexpected shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including manufacturing or logistics issues.

Damages & Claims

It is important to inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage:

  • Make a note of it when signing for delivery.
  • Take photos of the damage, the packaging, and the SKU.
  • Email the details to support@recyclesuppliesdirect.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Freight damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Any punctures, dents, or visible exterior damages not reported within this timeframe will not be eligible for an insurance claim.

Warranty Information

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Warranties cover issues that arise from use over time. If your item is damaged upon arrival but you do not report it within 30 days, it will not qualify as a warranty claim.

Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any reconsignment fees resulting from customer error.

Most of our products are backed by warranty policies, ensuring you receive a fully functional, operational product. Please review the product page for specific details.

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement item or store credit for the value of that single item.

If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and may incur a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues. We encourage customers to contact us first before considering a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and may result in legal action.
