Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. We will then check with our suppliers to confirm product availability.
- If the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and begin preparing your order.
- If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
Orders that are available for immediate shipment (within five business days) will proceed to fulfillment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, it will ship within five business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours.
If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us at support@recyclesuppliesdirect.com for an update.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship only within the United States. Some exceptions apply, including select products available for delivery to Canada. If the website allows you to check out with an international address, your order will be fulfilled.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, address changes may cause delays. Any additional charges imposed by freight carriers due to the address update will be the customer’s responsibility.
Estimated Shipping Times
All shipping times provided are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. While we coordinate with our vendors to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays can occur.
If an order is canceled due to a shipping delay, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other applicable charges. Filing a chargeback for shipping delays may be considered fraudulent and could result in legal action.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet different needs:
- Curbside Pickup (Free Shipping) – Standard shipping, which takes approximately 5-15 business days to arrive after order processing.
- Threshold Shipping – The item is delivered to your porch, garage, or another sheltered area.
- White Glove Delivery – The item is brought into your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and all packaging materials are removed from your home.
